The place was beautiful! It was equipped with everything you could need and plus some! Was very clear communication with the hosts and response time was super quick. Will definitely be booking here again!

My friends and I loved staying at Patrick’s! The house is super clean and comfortable, and it’s a short drive from all the places of interest in Springfield. The hosts were very friendly and communicative. We’re grateful we got to stay at this location, and hope to return soon. Thank you!

My husband and I, and my sisters (7 adults) were in town for a family Memorial service. Our stay was complicated by varying flight arrivals. Problem solved, as Patrick accommodated our schedule with an earlier check-in time. Greatly appreciated. The home is cozy, yet modern, with abundant gathering space and a nice kitchen. Our first morning, the coffee maker (a nice combo pot/single serve machine) was malfunctioning, but we made due. After notifying Patrick of the problem, a new coffee maker greeted us upon our return later that day. We were able to host extended family for a hearty dinner, as the home accommodated a moderately sized family gathering. The only true negative was lack of a dishwasher - but in our case, many hands made light work. The bedrooms and baths were clean and comfortable, linen clean & sufficient. The home is across from a firehouse - which we loved - as the trucks and lights added an ambiance and neighborhood coziness - with minimal noise. Would stay again!

The house was gorgeous, very clean and very conducive for having a group to socialize and gather. Patrick was very responsive to any questions I had during my stay which made things very stress-free. I definitely look forward to staying here again in the future when I go to visit family .

We chose Patrick’s for the size, location and how the pictures looked. We came into town for a family wedding which took place in Holyoke, less than a 30 minute drive. We appreciated Patrick’s guide with many of the sites and restaurants located in the area. Patrick was immediately responsive to questions we had before we even booked. His communication was very responsive and excellent. The house is comfortable, well decorated, was immaculate and very well stocked with anything one may need for a stay. We cooked, had everything we needed, and enjoyed a full family meal at the large dining table, on one of our 2 nights stay. The beds and seating were comfortable, enough places for all of us to relax & enjoy each other’s company. We will definitely book with Patrick if we are ever back in town. Thank you!

My family and I cannot praise Patrick and his crew's house enough. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The cleanliness and neatness was outstanding. The house was well equipped with everything to make your stay relaxing and peaceful. The beds and linens were very comfortable. Patrick was very proactive with his communication with us. Patrick and Danielle were wonderful hosts and this house was perfect for our group. The house has a ton of space and everything you could need, even some really lovely snacks and coffee! They were super accommodating and flexible and we felt right at home. Thank you for such a lovely stay and we will be back next year!

Five college friends gathered for a weekend and were delighted to open the front door to our ideal gathering place. The listing was exactly as described. The bedrooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The whole house was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the welcome basket of treats, the suggestions of places to eat and the many thoughtful touches we found throughout the house. We loved the third floor "suite" with a bedroom, bathroom and sitting area. There was quite a bit of street traffic noise, but the air conditioning window units really blocked it well. There is a fire station across the street, but it was relatively quiet. The one time we saw a truck leave, it used lights only until it pulled onto a main street, away from our house. Overall, I'd highly recommend this listing. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!
