A beautiful Victorian home that provided us with a wonderful spot to visit with family. Patrick and Danielle provided perfect host services during our stay. It felt like our home.

One of the best AirBnb's that I have stayed at. I tend to have gatherings with large groups and there was MORE than enough space for all of my guests. Patrick and Danielle were very attentive to our needs and very quick with their responses. It snowed while we were and they had maintenance to clear out the driveway and sideway. I would highly recommend this location and would definitely book again.
Also we LOVED the snacks that were supplied 😊.

Patrick and Daniele were very responsive when we needed extra Kitchen towels as we were hosting Christmas Eve and Christmas Dinner with Family. He had them delivered within an hour. This is the type of hosts Danielle and Patrick are.
Any request was immediately provided. If in the area again, will rent from them again.

Our group had an amazing stay at Patrick and Danielle’s place. Everything was exceptionally well done and in perfect order. We really appreciated the extra touches like lots of K-cups, plenty of toiletries and a nicely stocked kitchen. The place was spotless. Street parking was a breeze with spots right in front of the house. Check in and check out we’re a breeze with very few requirements upon check out. The house is quite spacious and provided a perfect place for us to gather with our family. Overall a very enjoyable, relaxing and low stress stay. Patrick and Danielle have this dialed in perfectly and were very accommodating and gracious hosts!

My family and I stayed here while visiting relatives for Thanksgiving. The house was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable for all. Close to Northampton for unique shopping. The house had everything we needed including games and a well stocked coffee bar! The hosts were very responsive to all of our questions.

One of the nicest places I've ever stayed. I felt at home and could sleep comfortably. I forgot my white noise machine, and what was there in my bedroom, my very own noise machine! What attention to detail. Ill be back next year.

Some colleagues and I stayed in Patrick’s home while we were exhibiting at a trade show at the Eastern States Exposition. It was exactly what we needed - clean, quiet, plenty of space for meals, convenient to the expo, plenty of restaurants and coffee nearby, easy to come and go, etc. We loved it and would happily stay here again.

We loved our stay at Patrick and Danielle’s place. It was perfect for our family weekend, comfortably accommodating all 7 of us. It was clean and well-stocked, and had multiple options for common spaces to gather together. Would definitely stay here again!

Patrick was flexible with our arrival. We were greated with snacks, mints, coffee and creamers, toothbrushes and toothpaste and even a shower poof. The location was perfect for our trip to the Big E. We made dinner and the kitchen met our needs. Nice linens and towels. Great living room space. Will plan to stay for our annual trip next year!!!
